The minimum system requirements remain the same, as expected, although the modified version of Windows should run faster than the original due to the number of changes made below.

This is the second version, the version that supports 32-bit processors. There is also the first version which is 64 bits in my profile.

System requirements

Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor with NX / PAE

SSE2 (if Windows 8 worked it works too)

RAM: 1 GB for 64 bits (technically only 512 MB required)

Hard disk space: 20 GB

Graphics card: DirectX 9 or higher

Changes and information (most important anyway):

– Remove most Metro apps except Edge, Store and Calculator

-Remove most unnecessary drivers (such as graphics, printers, networks)

They must be downloaded and installed manually, depending on the specifications of each computer

– Delete some accessibility items

– Removed voice and support for Cortana

– The search has been removed (the search bar in Explorer still works)

-Remove Windows Media Player

– Windows Photo Viewer enabled to be used instead of the Metro “Photos” program, even if images are opened in Paint first, until the user changes the default program to Windows Photo Viewer.

– Sleep mode disabled

– Page file disabled

– The firewall has been removed (although in some cases it may appear when using an application and the service has not been removed because it is important)

– The Windows update has not been removed but there is no guarantee that it will work because I always turn it off (it is still necessary to make it possible to install apps from the store).

– Store apps should work well
